Meet PWE Member - Heidi Hildreth
I was born in Syracuse, NY and attended school in Northern Virginia, earning an AAS in Physical Therapy.
I’d describe my career as a “Jack of all trades – master of none!” For the past 11 years, I've been the office manager for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty but before that I worked with Title I children for 10 years in an elementary school and also directed an after school choir.
My mother was a voice major in college and we grew up in a VERY music oriented family (piano lessons at 5, etc.) I started playing sax in 7th grade and my husband and I were the "band couple" from then on.
I have played in community bands on and off as an adult as well as a swing band at one time. My wonderful husband bought me a "grown up" sax a couple of years ago for Christmas and I found the Peachtree Wind Ensemble online. The rest is history.
Our 2 children and 4 grandchildren are our WORLD!! I highly recommend them!!! We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats that we are rather fond of.
Rock on and stay "saxy"
